I'm a lifelong resident of the Pacific Northwest with most of that time spent in North Central Washington so am very familiar with this market area. In addition to having significant knowledge of the local Wenatchee area, I have spent significant time at many of the nearby recreational areas, including Lake Chelan, Orondo, Leavenworth, Lake Wenatchee and Crescent Bar so am very knowledgeable about those areas as well. I grew up in real estate as my father was a designated broker for over 30 years. In addition to being a successful Broker/Realtor, I have held various professional roles in accounting/finance positions across multiple industries over the past 35 years that have significantly contributed to my knowledge and skills. These positions required many of the same skills needed to be successful in real estate, including: integrity, trustworthiness, confidentiality, accuracy, accountability, diligence, knowledge of laws and regulations and a strong financial background.
